Contatti e assistenza

Scrivi a expert@slackarea.net.

Come scelgo quali dati inviare?

All'inizio scegli i gruppi (attività, cuore, sonno, ECG…): nessuno è scelto in partenza.

I percorsi GPS?

No. Non esiste un server di Sync for Health. Leggi l'informativa sulla privacy.

FAQ

Do I need a server?

Yes: Sync for Health sends data to an HTTPS address of your own (for example a small home server or a service you run). Each sync is a POST request with documented JSON. To try the app without a server, turn on Settings › Demo mode: you'll see made-up sample data.

How do I choose what to send?

At first launch you pick groups (activity, heart, sleep, ECG…): none is selected by default. Add more any time in Settings › Data to sync; Health asks only for the new types. To revoke access: iOS Settings › Apps › Health › Data Access › Sync for Health.

Why is some data not sent?

Health doesn't let apps know which read permissions you denied: unauthorized data simply doesn't arrive. Also, Health can't be read while the iPhone is locked: the app resumes on its own when you unlock it.

GPS routes?

Off by default, because they reveal where you live and train. Turn them on in Settings, together with the Workouts group.

Can the developer see my data?

No. There is no Sync for Health server. Read the privacy policy.
